    Appreciate the communication and efforts.

Since the last maintenance/downtime a few of us have noticed delays occurring without the status window showing an increase in ping or packet loss. I haven't previously seen this.

It's tough to stay on top of the tech issues and communicate status - which is why most companies separate the roles. At this exact moment, you probably know it will take at least 1.5-2 hours to perform actions under your control, like tests and restarting the server. Plus whatever time the external service provider takes. Wouldn't hurt to post that kind of update in Discord - it could be as simple as - "Awaiting external service action - check back in 2 hours". Then cut and paste in 2 hours time if no external news.

Telling the community when the server won't be back is valuable communication. (The random down and up times, with zero communication, was one of my biggest peeves with the original game).

I really like the handling of this, from start to finish. Well, it's still ongoing i guess. Informing and keeping us updated like this is much better than what i've experienced when playing many other games. /hi5

I only hope this will be the last extended downtime for a while. I hate having half to all of my gaming time taken away from me, especially being new to Legends.

This is already the 3rd extended downtime since joining.

true but for a system board replacement many things need to be considered. ie that the tech knows what system they are working on and wether or not the firmware for the board needs to updated to a certain level for the system. i dont know the hardware the game is run off of but i did work in hardware for 5 years in data centers. I know limited time to play, i have kids and other duties outside the game but enjoy the little things while we wait for the server to come back up. Also you really dont want to rush a system board replacement, accidentally bending a cpu pin could just wreck the thing and you might not notice it unless you tear it all back apart.

I understand why it takes time even as annoying as it may be. It would have just been nice if things was fixed on yesterday's downtime so that we didn't have to go through this again today. Not saying it is the staff's fault or anyone's else's.

"Indignant," huh? I have had these conversations before and I hope "indignant" means "Do you want our business or not??? If so, GIVE US WHAT WE PAY FOR."

Never let someone else's business model interfere with yours.
